Frequently Asked Questions

What type of catering do you do?

We are a full service catering company. If you can think of it, we can do it!

Do you provide rental items?

Yes, either we have it on us, or we partner with several vendor rental companies.

Whether you need tables, chairs, flatware or otherwise, we can arrange delivery and pickup of all your rental needs.

What is your specialty?

Chef Michael is a well versed and well rounded chef; however his specialties include creating sushi and modern fine dining items.  We prefer innovation over imitation, so we have a broad range of what we can bring to you in both taste and aesthetic.

 

Do you charge fees for tastings? 

We offer tastings with the Talented Chef Michael complimentary onTuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 5-7:30 pm. We charge $25 for 4 items for 2 guests. But you are more than welcome to schedule in more guests and items.

When is Payment Due? 

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. If invoice is under $5,000. This is a non refundable deposit.

-4 weeks prior from your event. The remaining balance is due.

We require 20% deposit to reserve your date if invoice is over $5,000. This is a non refundable deposit.

second payment due 90 days after 

-4 weeks prior from event. The remaining balance is due.

Can you customize menus?

Absolutely! We can create a one of a kind menu just for you at no additional charge.

 

Are we able to keep the leftovers? 

Yes, but a contract must be filled out prior to receiving your leftovers, due to it is a liability.  

Are you equipped to handle food allergies?

We can customize menus that are vegetarian, gluten free, or abide by dietary restrictions. We do operate in a kitchen that processes nuts and other potential food allergens. A complimentary consultation is the best course of action if allergies pose a risk.

Do you handle bar services?

We can provide everything you may need from spirits, beer and wine, bartenders, portable bars, mixers and the such. Or if you prefer handling the purchase of your alcohol yourself, you can simply pay a bartender fee.  

How much set-up time to do you need for an event?

Generally 2 hours. It depends on the size and nature of the event, but 2 hours is a good estimate when budgeting labor. We can usually breakdown and clean up in one hour after the event has ended.
